If the item has been shipped and if it gets returned back to us for whatsoever reason, Officesg reserve the right to charge $10 as administration charges in handling the parcel. If the buyer raises a non-receipt claim or claims that the item was not delivered and requests for refund, they will recieved credit note for the full amount, which can be used for subsequent purchases.
If the item shipped constitute to any malfunction or not able to operate, then it can be exchanged within 7 days. Please ensure the original packing is intact for the product. Products beyond the 7 days warranty period, if applicable, can directly obtain warranty from the Manufacturer / Brand owner. Click here to understand manufacturer warranty policy.
During the warranty period, if you find your product is not functioning properly, please seek help from manufacture / brand owner by contacting them. Refer to product manual for required details.
