There are 2 types of Credits:
1) Refund Credits - Officesg makes a refund to you.
2) Referral Credits - Credits you earn everytime you make a successful referral or when you are referred to set up an account with us.
Usage Policy for Officesg Credits:
You can use your Officesg reward credit at any time during your checkout process.
Referral credits usage are capped at $10 per transaction and valid for 90days from the date of issue of credit to your account.
Any remaining Credit will be stored in your account and used for your subsequent orders.
